I'm so passionate about health and wellness, and all the positive and awesome benefits it can bring. Living our happiest and healthiest lives is what we are here to do.

No more glory in the struggle!

I want to help you transform your health!

My goal is to coach women struggling with their health, and show them how to look and feel their best despite of living with health challenges. It’s possible, I know!

MY STORY

As a young child I struggled with my health. Having stomach issues, severe fatigue, rashes, eventually joint pain and swelling that went on for years into adulthood.

My self-esteem was affected! I was overweight, obese at times, and combined with my medical issues I felt terrible and defeated. After a complicated labor and delivery of my first son I was diagnosed with Systemic Lupus. After the premature birth of my second son I was diagnosed with Celiac disease.

There I was, a wife and mother with two young kids and I was struggling. My family was struggling. I was dealing with chronic back and neck pain due to degenerative disk disease and digestive issues leading to me having my gallbladder removed on top of the other health crap I had been dealing with.

Eventually, I became tired of my situation. I’m sure you've heard it before, but it was SO true for me. I became “ sick and tired of being sick and tired.” Tired to the point of action! I was over it!!! I needed to find help, a new way, my health had to change, it was affecting my life in a negative way for way too long.

" The greatest wealth is health." - Virgil

My journey and transformation had begun. I was open, and ready to learn all that I could about how people have been able to heal themselves. To make the connection between what I put in my mouth and the way that I felt, to appreciate that my level of physical activity had a direct impact on my level of energy.  I made the connection to the role perception, and mindset played in approaching the challenges I was facing.

I was open to trying and implementing new and different ways of approaching and managing my health. I needed new and different, what I had been doing clearly wasn't working.

I embraced this thing called health! I decided that I would do the whole "lifestyle change" thing.  I lost over forty pounds, increased my energy level, reduced my blood pressure and pain levels through natural remedies. Since implementing these changes, I have been able to stop taking ALL of the medications that I had been prescribed. I was taking about 10!

It worked!!

As I mentioned, I was diagnosed with lupus, celiac disease, high blood pressure and I wasn't even 30!!

I know what it feels like to crave a healthier you and be overwhelmed at the prospects of attaining that goal; be it losing weight, changing your diet, or trying to find a healthy balance in your life.

Let’s work TOGETHER!

We will work together on healthy eating, living a physically active lifestyle, looking at the role stress plays on your health and ways to manage stress. We will work together on the importance of goals, creating them and taking action to create the healthy lifestyle you desire. Also making the connections to how important whole health is to your life, ambitions and healthful success.  See my WORK WITH ME page to learn more.
